Streamlined procedure for returns
If a defective product is found during the warranty period, the customer can return it, exchange it or obtain a refund through a simplified procedure without having to confirm the defect with workshop documents. The simplified refund procedure also applies in the event of a selection error. A customer can always contact the seller to request a refund or exchange for another product with a minimum of documentation.
Procedure for claim handling/occurrence of a warranty event*

Stage 1
Contact your spare parts dealer with a completed claim form.
Stage 2
Attach documents confirming the purchase of spare parts to the claim form.
Stage 3
Receive a solution from the seller within the time limits specified by the seller (but not exceeding those established by law).
Stage 4
Confirm a method of replacement, refund, compensation or other action with the product in accordance with the Seller’s solution.
The warranty cannot be granted (does not apply):
- For damage to spare parts as a result of a road accident, improper installation and/or negligent use;
- For spare parts installed with lack of consideration of applicability defined by certain manufacturers of spare parts;
- For air system equipment where dirt and oil have been found in air intakes and internal cavities after removal from a vehicle;
- For malfunctions of fuel or exhaust parts due to the use of a fuel class not provided for by the manufacturer of the vehicle;
- For normal wear of spare parts;
- For repair kits (after they are installed on a vehicle);
- For consumable spare parts and materials (oils, filters, technical fluids, car care products, fuses, incandescent bulbs) after they are installed on a vehicle;
- With regard to spare parts, operational wear and natural change of condition of which are provided after their installation on a vehicle.
