Stellox manufacturing facilities use state-of-the-art and close control equipment from industry leaders, minimizing the influence of the human factor on the quality of finished products.

All factories are equipped with their own laboratories and equipment necessary to control the raw materials used, components and quality of the final products, which allowed to reduce the rate of defective parts to 0.05% of the total number of parts sold.

Stages of quality control for Stellox products

Stage 1

100% incoming quality inspection for raw materials and components used in manufacturing. Stellox factories are equipped with their own laboratories and the most advanced equipment.

Stage 2

Finished products undergo mandatory verification for compliance with drawings, geometric dimensions, and physical properties of samples of original products.

Stage 3

Inspection of finished products in the enterprises’ own laboratories before shipment to Stellox warehouses and storage facilities of the brand’s Partners.

Stage 4

The quality of the products is confirmed by testing in independent laboratories. A wide variety of test and research programs help to confirm compliance with the parts’ specified characteristics, as well as to confirm their high durability.

Stage 5

Annual audit of each of the manufacturing sites involved. Audit programs help to prevent product inconsistencies and organize corrective actions in a timely manner.
